How to buy?
It's very easy, you just have to add the products you want to buy in the cart by pressing the BUY button, if you are buying clothes you will have to select the size before. If you have a discount voucher you can add it in the checkout process. 

Can I select more than one gift at checkout?
Yes. It depends on the value of your order you can choose one item, two, three or several. If any of the items you choose by any way is out of stock when we prepare your parcel, we will replace for another one of the same value. Also if you select more gifts than the ones you can really receive We will only put the ones you are able to get depending on your orders value. Please also take in consideration the gifts will also increase the weight of your parcel (this is not calculated automatically by the shopping cart) and sometimes its better not to choose any gifts so you don't have to pay extra shipping, we will inform you anyway when the parcel is prepared.

Why do we let you choose the gifts??
Well, we’ve always put in some free stuff with the orders since we started in 1993 but if someone has done two orders for example in the same month they might get the gifts he already received in his previous order, so that’s why we let you choose so you can complete your gift collection ;-)

Add to favorite?
When you are surfing on our online shop and you see something you are interested in, you can buy it or you can add to favorite and buy anytime you like, in a week, a month... this is stored in your MY FAVORITES once you log in and you can select them or delete them when ever you like.

Do you do express shipping?
Not outside of Spain. Sorry.

How to return a product which has been sent by error or has any faults?
Before you return any item you have to contact us and let us know what has happened. You can contact us by email at devoluciones@skinsandpunks.com or using the contact link on the bottom of the homepage and select Returns or Mistake with order.  We will soon get back to you and resolve the problem. If it was our fault we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is accepted we will send you an email with all the information, delivery address, etc... We don’t accept returns for Cds, vinyl, books, underwear or clothes that have been washed, used, etc...  We will also not accept any returns after 14 days you received the order.

What happens if they return my order?
We always send an email when the order is sent with the tracking number. You normally can track the order using this number we send in your own Postal Service website. At least in UK, Germany, Italy... you can check it. Orders normally take from a few days to one or two weeks depending on the Country. All orders are sent recorded (you have to sign when you collect it) therefore you can check with the number we send to you. If by any ways the order is sent back to us because you wasn’t at home and didnt collect the order from the Post Office, we will have to charge you shipping again to send it back to you.

How do you ship our orders?

All orders are shipped by POSTAL SERVICE, except some occasional times we use other freight company,  we send all orders recorded / recommande which means you have to sign when you receive it. We do this because of two reasons; First to make sure you receive the order safely and second, it’s the only way we can claim in case it gets lost. Some of you ask us to send by ordinary post because its cheaper but we refuse because we want to guarranty you receive your order safely. We can send Cds without jewel cases to lower the shipping costs if you want but we can’t send by ordinary post.

Do you email us when you send our order?

Yes. We always send an email with the shipping information, such as shipping date, the tracking number...

Can I keep a track about my order?
Normally yes, with the number we send you you can check on your own country’s Postal Service website.

Can I do an order so you can send to a friend?
There is no problem, we can do that for you. If you don’t want us including invoice you have to let us know when filling up the checkout form. Also please note we will have to re-calculate the shipping costs if your friend lives in a different country.

Do you normally send gifts in with the order?
Yes. You can choose your own gifts from the gifts category, if you don’t choose any we will put some in for you, but please notice that gifts might raise the shipping costs so sometimes its better not to add any heavy gifts such as t-shirts, cds... which might increase or double your shipping costs.

Can I change the size of a t-shirt or clothing?
Yes, it is possible but t-shirts and clothing has to be returned in the original packing and conserve the tags if it had any, clothes and t-shirts can’t be washed, or with signals you have been wearing it. We have to authorize the change, so you have to contact us via the contact link on the bottom of the homepage and select “Change Size”, we will get back to you and let you know how to proceed with the change and to which address you have to send it to.  We won’t accept underwear returns or changes due to higienic reasons. All shipping costs must be covered by customer.
We won’t accept any changes after 14 days from you receiving your order.

Do you do wholesale and sell to shops and distros?
Yes we do on certain items from the shop we can give you wholesale prices. If you are interested contact us by email.

I would like to sell some of your stuff to friends and at concerts, do I get a special price?
It is possible, contact us and we see what sort of deal we can offer you, it all depends on the volume of stuff you can sell, etc...

How can I choose the right size?

We try to offer you measurement tables with the measurements of each size which is provided to us by the brand. If you have any inquiries please get in touch.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
If we have everything in stock we normally ship fast, we ship orders twice per week. If we don’t have any item in stock we wait until we receive from the brand, provider or distributor and then we complete and send you the order. But don’t worry, we will keep you informed and updated with any information.

Do you let me know if any item is missing from my order?
Of course, when we receive your order we prepare it in the warehouse, if any item is out of stock we will email you back and let you know so you can give us any alternative choice to complete your order.

Are all the items you show on the online shop available or in stock?
That would be our dream, but it’s impossible to have everything we offer in stock, some t-shirts have 7 different sizes and are in more than one colour... But we have a good service with the brands we work with and some of them we have re-stocks in less than 4 days, some every 10 days, 15 days... But don’t worry we will keep you updated by email, if you want to know if the item is in stock or when will it be available again.

We prefer you contact us by email. You can use the contact link in our website or write directly to shop@skinsandpunks.com . You can also phone us, Skype us...

Do you do special discounts to band members?
On certain items such as t-shirts and on certain clothes brands we can offer you a discount. You have to email us and send us information about your band and if we authorize it you will get a discount on the clothing and t-shirts if its applicable. We only ask you to send us some band pictures with the clothing so we can include in our family album.

Do you sponsorize bands, shows, events?
Send us your requests and we will study it and see what we can do.

How can I help Runnin Riot Mailorder?

We always appreciate any help you can give us, spreading the word, using any of our banners on your myspace, facebook, website, forums... giving out flyers at shows, sticking our stickers at rehearsal rooms, venues, etc... Or if you do a fanzine and can squeeze any of our adverts or flyers in your zine....On the other side we are also always looking for people who can do designs and artwork for us, for the new stickers, posters, t-shirts, etc... any help is more than welcome, just get in touch with us. Also any ideas you have so we can make a even better shop or website is really appreciated. We exist because of you!

What is the discount voucher?

You will find some discount codes in some of our flyers or fanzine advertising, if you introduce them in the checkout process you will get discount. We also send discount vouchers to our subscribers, so subscribe to our newsletter!!!

What is Runnin Riot Street Team?
We have to work on this yet, but we are looking for people that can handle out flyers and stickers at shows and festivals, down the local pub where all skinheads and punks hang around for some drinks, etc...

What is the newsletter about?
We have a newsletter to keep you informed about the new stuff we receive, special offers, sales, special promotions, etc.. plus the odd festival or gig dates and other information that might be of interest to you. You will always be able to unsubscribe very easy. We recommend you subscribe to keep updated with our products and special offers.

Is our personal information safe?
Yes. We use SSL. 

Are the colours shown on the products real?
We use pictures sent from our suppliers, or pictures we have done ourselves. But due to the light, camara, screen resolution on each computer, colours could be seen different on different devices. For example, an olive green tshirt you might see it in a greeny grey tone in some devices, in others as it is...

Are the pictures of the products exactly the same as the product?
No, not always. Most of the times it's our supplier or the manufacturer who supplies us with the pictures of the products. Items can suffer changes at different production times, designs might vary, small details (i.e; perhaps in one production schedule there's one small flag or tag on shoulder or side lining and in the next production they make they don't have or have a different thing on the product), colors can also vary, measurements of the sizes, etc... these changes are sometimes done by the own manufacturer or brand and they don't notify us the changes or submit new pictures of the product. It's impossible for us to check all product images to see if they are exactly the same as the product every time we get more stuff in the warehouse. If you have any special interest on an item, to know if it has some specific details on it, please dont hesitate to contact us and ask any doupts you have, we will try and help you resolve any questions. We don't cover return costs for items that are not exactly like the photos, we only cover return costs if the item is damaged or if we sent a wrong size or colour.

Why don't you have size measurement charts of all products? We would love to, and in fact it's one of our goals for the future. We know its important and helps a lot to know if you are choosing the correct size, specially when buying online. Unfortunately not all brands, manufacturers supply us with the measurement size charts. If you are interested in any special item and want to know the measurement charts please email us even if its not on the product and we will try our best to give you the informations.

If I have a credit note, when does it expiry? We normally give 1 year period for you to spend the credit note.

Is there any commission charged if I pay with credit card?
If you don't pay through PAYPAL there's no commision. We assume the bank commissions.

Is there any commision charged if I pay with PAYPAL?
Yes, 4% commission. That's what Paypal charges us (in some cases they charge us up to 8% commission, but we only charge you 4%).
